Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Invoke Technology ("Invoke", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website (invoke.technology), our services and products, and the software tools we build and operate, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: for example your name, email address, phone number and message when you contact us, book an appointment, buy a product or sign up for a program.
  • Purchase information: order details. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Website usage: basic technical information such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and improve it.

How we use information

  • To provide our services and products, respond to you, and deliver what you purchase.
  • To send messages you asked for, such as appointment confirmations or program updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To run, secure and improve our website and services.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as website hosting, email and payment processing), when required by law, or with your consent.

Software tools and Google user data (including "Jane Mail")

Invoke builds and runs software tools, including Jane Mail, a private assistant tool used only by the Johnson family and invited users. With a user's explicit permission, given through Google's sign-in screen, Jane Mail accesses that user's Gmail messages so the user's own self-hosted assistant can sort, search and summarize their mail for them.

  • Data is used only to provide these features to the user who connected their account.
  • Mail data is stored on a private, self-hosted server controlled by Invoke. It is not sold, rented, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models.
  • No person reads a user's mail data, except with that user's permission, for security purposes, or as required by law.
  • A user can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and can ask us to delete stored data by emailing us.

Invoke's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13. Children's accounts may be connected to our family tools only by a parent or guardian.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails, by contacting us.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed.
